Pocket Munshi currently supports Google Sign-In for authentication.

Pocket Munshi uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate specific parts of the application. These providers process information only for purposes necessary to provide their services to us or to you, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Third-Party Services

Pocket Munshi may use third-party services to provide functionality such as authentication, cloud infrastructure, storage, backup, synchronization, or other technical services.

• Supabase, for backend infrastructure and related services

7. WhatsApp and External Applications

Pocket Munshi may provide actions that allow you to open WhatsApp or another external application to communicate with a customer, supplier, staff member, or Pocket Munshi support.

When you choose to use such an action, the communication is handled by the external application you choose to open.

Pocket Munshi does not control WhatsApp or other external services, and their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

Pocket Munshi does not automatically send messages on your behalf unless a feature explicitly provides and you initiate such an action.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information or business records.

We may share or disclose information only when reasonably necessary to:

We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our operational requirements.

Deleting information from your device does not necessarily delete information that has already been transmitted to or retained by an online service. Where applicable, we will process deletion of associated online information in accordance with our retention and deletion procedures.

12. Your Business Records and Other People's Information

Pocket Munshi is a business record-keeping tool. You may enter information about customers, suppliers, employees, staff members, or other individuals.

You are responsible for using Pocket Munshi in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements and for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or legal basis to collect and use information about other people.

You should not enter information into Pocket Munshi that you are not authorized to collect or use.

13. Children's Privacy

Pocket Munshi is intended for business use and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing a child-directed service.
